My wife and I visited auto infusion on Saturday to view a Honda cr-v when we got there they brought it out we looked around it then asked for a test drive of course you can then they asked if I wanted them to come I said no not a problem we took it out then came back I then checked the engine and underneath the car not one of them hassled me or tried to push the car on me they were very helpful very polite I then said shall we go and talk about the car he said I have all the paperwork and service history for the car would you like to look through them I agreed and looked through them the car had obviously been well looked after then we went into his office where we were greeted by another gentleman to go through the finance he offered us a beverage and got me the best deal we agreed a time of delivery and he would put a full mot on it he rang me on the Tuesday to inform me it had failed the mot on a lower arm Bush and that he was sorry but he couldn't deliver the day we arranged as he had to wait for the part it came in he sent it for a retest passed and we had the car the following day the wife went out to see a full valeted car gleaming on the driveway needless to say she is very very happy an absolute wonderful car buying experience 10 out of 10 definitely would recommend to anyone thanku very much guys 👌👌👍👍👍
