This is a bit special for a MGB - There is a huge history file showing a massive rebuild spanning from the mid 80's to the mid 90's. The file is so extensive you have to understand that much more was spent than the car would have been worth back then and even now! Cosmetically, back then the car benefitted from a full strip down with new wings, inner wings, sills, inner sills and lower rear quarters plus more before being painted gloss black. The interior was fully re trimmed with new black leather, carpets and new Britax inertia reel seatbelts. Mechanically, according to the history file, the engine is now a 1,950cc Stage 2 unit with manual overdrive gearbox and on the road you soon note the benefits.
